Timothy Patrick (Tim) McDermott, age 71, died while walking his beloved dogs on Saturday, Oct. 21, 2023, in Branson, Missouri, where he has resided since the death of his wife, Lori, in 2020.

Betty Lou Orric, age 82 of Nashua, died Sunday, Oct. 29, 2023 at her home.

Robert “Bob” Weigel, age 85 of New Hampton, passed away peacefully Saturday, Oct. 28, 2023, at New Hampton Nursing & Rehabilitation Center surrounded by family.

Darlys Dietz, age 91 of Nashua, died Friday, Oct. 20, 2023, at The Suites at Western Home Communities in Cedar Falls.

A celebration of life will be taking place at a later date, at the fairgrounds in Nashua.

Pauline Ovel, of New Hampton, died Saturday, Oct. 14, 2023, at MercyOne New Hampton Medical Center.

Allan Jon Natvig, age 81 of Cedar Falls, died Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2023, at his home.

Funeral services was held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 16, 2023, at the Saude Lutheran Church, rural Lawler, with the Rev. Peter Faugstad presiding. 

Lois Westervelt, age 86, formerly of Nashua, passed away peacefully in her sleep Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2023, at Oak Park Place in Dubuque.

Julian Richard Natvig — retired businessman, husband, father and long-time circus model builder — passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2023, at the age of 96.

Kaden Ray Wilken, age 18 of Nashua, died Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023.
