N-P trapshooters enjoy a solid week on range

Lead Summary

Cold, windy, warm, and everything in between pretty much sums up the elements the Nashua-Plainfield trapshooting team faced last week.  But the Huskies rolled with the weather and finished with a solid week as they showed amazing consistency — firing a 196 in a meet at Nashua last Tuesday, a 194 at home on Thursday and a 195 at the St. Ansgar Invitational that was held at the Mitchell County Trap Range in Osage on Saturday.  The Huskies were led by Chaska Hunt’s 44 on Tuesday, Nick Bucknell’s 48 on Thursday and Bucknell’s 45 on Saturday. The rest of the story may be found in the April 27 Reporter.
