New Hampton boys bounce back from loss with wins at Tripoli

Lead Summary

The Chickasaws’ boys golf team split a pair of meets, as they fell to Decorah in a dual on Monday and claimed victory at a triangular in Tripoli on Tuesday.
Along with claiming the team victory on Tuesday, the Chickasaws also owned the individual medalist, as senior Ryan Anderson won with a 39. This score is the best of the season for Anderson. After completing five holes, he had shot even par before bogeying three of the final four holes.
“Ryan has been a leader all year,” New Hampton boys head golf coach Bill Glenn said. “He has been a medalist at numerous meets, and his scores keep getting better and better.”
