St. Joe’s students pick the winner in school election

St. Joseph Community School students wrapped up their polls and announced Donald Trump to be the winner of their mock election —  hours before Trump was announced as the next president of the United States on Tuesday night.“One of my students was very excited about the election and politics in general,” said St. Joseph Community School teacher Amy Kloberdanz. “So we decided to have a school election.”St. Joseph Community School student Brady Speltz was ecstatic and has been on board with the election for a year, talking to Kloberdanz regularly about politics and in the past couple weeks the duo have recruited committee members to help Tuesday run smoothly.For the complete story see the 11/11/2016 New Hampton Tribune.
