Family will be forever grateful to SNAP

Our family adopted, Wyatt, from SNAP of Chickasaw County February 2016. He has been doing very well and is so smart. Our son, Kolton, entered him in the dog program through4-H and competed with him at the Winneshiek County Fair in obedience, agility, and rally. They both loved it!Our family enjoyed watching them compete as well and working together training him. Wyatt also loves to play fetch. He is such a funny dog with an energetic personality and caring disposition. He has taught us so much.Wyatt has been such a great addition to our family. If he’s not busy showing us his tricks, he’s cuddling in with whomever happens to be curled up on the couch. We just love him!!!Through my husband and my employer, Gemini, Inc, we are given the opportunity to submit non-profit organizations for a monetary contribution. We chose to have SNAP of Chickasaw County be the recipient of ours because we feel it is a worthwhile organization and an asset to northeast Iowa. We think it is awesome that the caring people of SNAP of Chickasaw County rescue and rehabilitate animals, learn about the animals temperament and personalities, and find them suitable new homes. We are forever grateful for SNAP of Chickasaw County and Gayla Hugeback and their help in connecting us with Wyatt!
