Ousted early

Lead Summary

When a Kannon Leuenberger single scored Elliott Dietzenbach in the first inning of Turkey Valley’s district opener at New Albin Saturday night, the 1-0 Trojan lead would be short-lived.
The TV boys would hold that lead until the bottom of the second inning, but walks would lead to six runs in that frame, and the pitching woes would continue until Kee High ended the game in the fourth inning by beating the Trojans 16-1.
“We have to throw strikes,” said coach Dan Stepan. “That’s led to a lot of our losses this year.”
