A quartet of Trojans honored

Although Turkey Valley didn’t have a great year as a team, a few of their players’ performances throughout the season did not go unnoticed by the coaches in the Upper Iowa Conference (UIC).
Trojan senior Simon Schmitt was one of nine players named to the all-conference first team that consists of seven different schools.
“I would like to thank my teammates and coaches for the past five years,” Schmitt said.
