Rosalie J. Glaser, age 80 of New Hampton, IA passed away on October 25, 2019 at New Hampton Nursing and Rehab Center.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at Immaculate Conception Church in Charles City with Father Gary Mayer and Father Kenneth Glaser officiating. Burial will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Charles City.
Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 PM on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at Conway-Markham Funeral Home in New Hampton with a 7:00 PM Scriptural Wake Service. Visitation will continue at the church one hour prior to the funeral mass on Wednesday. Online condolences may be left at www.conway-markhamfh.com. Memorials may be directed to the family
Rosalie Joan Glaser was born on December 6, 1938 to George and Nettie (Houser) Hotchkiss in New Hampton, Iowa. Rosie graduated from school in Portland, Oregon and moved back to New Hampton. She was married to Paul (Bobby) Glaser on April 25, 1959 at Immaculate Conception Church in North Washington, IA. The couple made their home in the North Washington area. She worked as a nurses’ aide at New Hampton Nursing and Rehab and later became a home health aide. Rosie enjoyed dancing, especially to polka music, cooking, and seeing many varieties of flowers. 
Rosie is survived by her children, Patricia Glaser of Mason City, IA, Kathy Glaser of West Union, IA, Teresa Mannatter of Mason City, IA, her siblings, Bonita Howland of New Port Richey, FL, Beverly Chavira of Riverside, CA, Francis Hotchkiss of Salinas, CA Richard Hotchkiss of Waterloo, IA, her brother-in-law, Lowell Weber of Marion, IA, her grandchildren, Roger, Maranda, Katie, Misty, Angel, Robert, Richard, and her great grandchildren, Raylee, Daniel, and Braydon. 
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Paul (Bobby), sisters Carol Weber, Marlys Ashley,  her brother, Brother Andre (Laurence) Hotchkiss SVD, sister-in-law Pat Hotchkiss, and brother-in-law’s Howard Howland, and Floyd McKinney.
