Wurzer age 53, of Waucoma, died Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2016, at his home.Private family interment will be held Monday, Oct. 17, 2016, at St. John Lutheran Church Cemetery - Boyd, rural New Hampton with Rev. Kyle Digmann presiding. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ron Carolan, Dan Carolan, Tom Carolan, Jeff Wickham, Adam Powers, Casey Connor, Kenneth Tank, Ben Pender and Keith Drewelow.Friends may greet the family 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, 2016 at the Hugeback-Johnson Funeral Home in Fredericksburg where there will be a 6:30 p.m. scripture service.  Online condolences for Terry's family may be left at hugebackfuneralhome.comTerry Allen Wurzer was born July 30, 1963, in New Hampton,  the son of Edgar and Elizabeth (Kleve) Wurzer. He received his education in Fredericksburg. On Sept. 7, 1985, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Lawler he married Susan Drewelow. To this union were born two sons and two daughters. The family lived between Fredericksburg and Waucoma where caring for the dairy herd was a way of life that Terry loved. Having worked on a dairy farm since he was a child, he was more than accustomed to the hard work and dedication it took to run the operation. He was active in 4-H with his children and was proud to have his son receive the STAR award through the FFA. Terry loved all the animals and pets that the family had around the farm. In free time, Terry enjoyed fishing but mostly enjoyed the time he could spend with his family and new grandson, Bennett.Survivors include his wife, Susan; two sons, Jeremy (Katie) Wurzer of Wichita, KS, Garrett Wurzer of Waucoma; two daughters, Jessica (Casey Connor) Wurzer, Nichole (Adam Powers) Wurzer, all of Waucoma; one grandson, Bennett Wurzer of Wichita, KS; his mother, Betty Wurzer of Lawler; his father and mother-in-law, Gary and Joan Drewelow of New Hampton; three brothers, Dale (Linda) Wurzer of Sumner, Randy Wurzer of Waverly, Tim Wurzer of Lourdes; four sisters, Phyllis (Ron) Elsbernd of Calmar, Sandy Hallberg of Oelwein, Karen Wurzer of New Hampton, Lori (George) Kohlmeyer of Sumner; sister-in-law, Carrie (Ben) Pender of Salt Lake City, UT; brother-in-law, Keith (Stacie) Drewelow of Luxemburg.He was preceded in death by his father, Edgar Wurzer, a brother, Gary Wurzer and sister-in-law, Brenda Wurzer
