Trojans enjoy historic football season

Lead Summary

The seniors on the Turkey Valley football team entered this past season with career records of 23-6 from their freshman through junior years. However, even with this success, they had never been able to accomplish what they wanted most —  a trip to the UNI-Dome.
But 2019 was a different story, as the 14 seniors were determined to make their dream a reality.
After an undefeated regular season in which they obliterated their competition — averaging 62.9 points per game while giving up an average of just 15.2 — the Trojans breezed through their first two opponents in the eight-player state playoffs.
