Trojans show improvement at Dunkerton

Lead Summary

At least one aspect of the Turkey Valley volleyball game improved drastically as the Trojans were going 1-2 in the Dunkerton tourney over the weekend.    Before Saturday, the serving average for the team stood at 86 percent, but at Dunkerton the team was good on 107-of-114 serves, for 94 percent.    "Strong serving from the whole team all day, minus a couple errors, was a plus, but we need to start our Saturdays with more fire," said coach Ethan Adams. "It isn't a young season anymore. This isn't our first tournament."    BCLUW handled the Trojans in their first match of the day, 21-13, 21-11, despite the most accurate serving by the Trojans on the day of 96 percent.
