Sups approve software spending

The Chickasaw County Board of Supervisors agreed to technology expenditures with two companies that will benefit the offices of the auditor and recorder — under $36,000 with Cotts Systems — and sheriff — under $12,000 with Shieldware Mobile. 

Council votes to offer garage for ambulance

New Hampton City Council voted Monday night to donate garage space to the ambulance service. It is not automatically required that cities include this in the request for proposals the Ambulance Council drafted which is due April 12.
